Choosing a new boiler starts with the right size and the right type for the house — not the biggest one on the price list. We survey the property, look at your hot-water demand and radiator count, and recommend a combi, system or regular boiler that fits how you actually live.
Installation is done by Gas Safe registered engineers to the manufacturer's instructions, which is what keeps the warranty valid. The system is flushed, a magnetic filter is fitted, the boiler is commissioned with test readings recorded, and you get the Building Regulations certificate and a walkthrough of the controls before we leave.
Most like-for-like replacements are finished in a day; conversions from a regular boiler to a combi, or a relocation, take longer and are quoted accordingly. Every quote is fixed and in writing.

How much does a new boiler cost?
It depends on the boiler, the type of system and how much pipework needs changing. A straightforward like-for-like combi swap costs a lot less than a conversion or relocation. Request a fixed-price quote and we'll survey and price it in writing.
Combi, system or regular — which do I need?
Combis suit most flats and smaller homes with one bathroom. System and regular boilers with a cylinder suit larger homes with two or more bathrooms in use at once. We'll recommend based on your hot-water demand, not on price.
How long does a boiler installation take?
A like-for-like replacement is usually one day. A conversion, relocation or a system with a new cylinder is typically two days.
Do I get a warranty?
Yes. We install to manufacturer requirements and register the warranty for you — typically between five and ten years depending on the model.
Do you take the old boiler away?
Yes, removal and disposal of the old boiler is included in the quote.
